A refund program is not a test-result promise
A conditional refund program describes when a business will return its own purchase price. It cannot change the questions IRCC asks, the decisions an officer makes, or the result of an official test. Read the exact policy before choosing a paid tool; a reassuring badge is not a substitute for clear conditions.
Check inclusion and conditions before buying
A useful policy identifies the eligible plan, preparation tasks, deadlines, evidence requirements and refund amount. Conditions should be visible before payment and preserved for the purchase. Do not assume that every plan, family member or gifted account is covered simply because a program is mentioned elsewhere on a site.
What applies on our site today
Our current plans do not include Pass Protection. Our ordinary refund request window is 30 days if you have not completed more than one full test after purchase. Contact support with your purchase email and receipt reference. Do not submit an official result document for a program that is not offered.
Prepare without relying on a commercial promise
Read Discover Canada, complete a baseline mock, and review missed topics. A practice score describes that attempt; repeating familiar questions can inflate it. Explain the facts from memory and try a different mix to check understanding before considering additional paid practice.
Try a recall exercise
After reading, close your notes and explain the main idea of each section above to another person, or write a short answer from memory. Check the explanation against Discover Canada before moving on.
Make a two-column review list: what you answered incorrectly, and the fact or distinction that resolves the mistake. Review this list at your next session before attempting fresh questions. This helps separate recognition of familiar answer choices from understanding the subject.
If you are short on time, prioritize your own weak topics. A short, focused review is more useful than repeatedly answering questions you already know. Adjust the plan to your reading comfort and the time available before your invitation window.
Put your review into practice
- Read the relevant section of Discover Canada.
- Try chapter practice and explain the correct answers in your own words.
- Complete a mixed mock test, then use missed topics to plan your next session.
