Account, payment and support

Accounts use your email and a hashed password. Purchase records and results submitted while signed in support access and your dashboard. Contact requests send the information you enter to support. Stripe processes payments; we do not store your full card number.

Data in your browser

Progress, mistakes, bookmarks, the study checklist and preferences use browser storage. Other people using this browser may see this data. Clearing it removes local items; it does not delete your account or purchases.

Optional result email

At your request, your email, score and review topics are used to send one result and study-plan email through our email provider. This does not create a marketing subscription. Temporary counters and hashed identifiers limit abuse. Your email is excluded from our analytics events.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off by default. If you allow it, we measure page visits and practice and purchase actions. Only campaign parameters are retained; emails, passwords, free-text answers and account or payment tokens are excluded. With your separate permission for ad measurement, Google click identifiers can connect an ad to a purchase. Ad personalization stays off. You can change these choices below. Do Not Track preferences are respected.

Requests about your data

Contact us to request access to or deletion of your data. Include your account email, without a password or card number. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or disputes.
