Check the window and usage rule
Our current paid-access refund policy allows a request within 30 days if you have not completed more than one full test after purchase. This is a usage-based request policy, not a refund promise linked to an official test result. Applicable statutory rights still apply.
Send the details needed for review
Contact support with the email used at checkout and your Stripe receipt reference. Explain whether you want purchase recovery, help with a technical issue or a refund review. Do not send your password or full payment-card number. Keep a copy of your receipt and the terms shown when you bought access.
Recover access before paying again
If you cannot find your account email, check the spam folder and use password recovery with your purchase email. Existing customers keep their password when buying an eligible upgrade. A delayed confirmation does not mean you should immediately make a second payment.
What the policy does not promise
Our refund concerns the amount paid to this website. It does not reimburse IRCC fees or third-party expenses and does not guarantee an official outcome. Current plans do not include Pass Protection. For any uncertainty about the usage rule or a duplicate payment, contact support for an individual review.
Try a recall exercise
After reading, close your notes and explain the main idea of each section above to another person, or write a short answer from memory. Check the explanation against Discover Canada before moving on.
Make a two-column review list: what you answered incorrectly, and the fact or distinction that resolves the mistake. Review this list at your next session before attempting fresh questions. This helps separate recognition of familiar answer choices from understanding the subject.
If you are short on time, prioritize your own weak topics. A short, focused review is more useful than repeatedly answering questions you already know. Adjust the plan to your reading comfort and the time available before your invitation window.
Put your review into practice
- Read the relevant section of Discover Canada.
- Try chapter practice and explain the correct answers in your own words.
- Complete a mixed mock test, then use missed topics to plan your next session.
Premium provides more practice variants from the full bank. Compare free and Premium; no practice website can guarantee your official test result.
